Calm Minds Workshops
These weekly well-being workshops include mindfulness, relaxation and emotional resilience strengthening. The aim of the workshops is to give you the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate mind, body and spirit as well as to enable you to develop a mindful practice that you could continue outside the sessions.
Come and join our small friendly Mindfulness and Relaxation group on a Tuesday evening at Wellington Methodist Church in Telford.
